Managing leads

Go to Leads to see all your enquiries grouped by contact. Each enquiry shows who got in touch, which leads are attached, and what to do next.

How leads work

When someone submits an enquiry or books a trial, they appear in your leads list as an enquiry. An enquiry can have one or more leads — for example, a parent enquiring about two children will have one enquiry with two leads.

Actions

Each enquiry has a primary action button based on its current status:

• New — opens the contact details modal so you can reach out
• Contacted — opens the trial booking modal so you can book a session
• Trial booked — opens the trial booking modal to reschedule if needed
• Trial attended / missed — opens the follow-up modal
• Converted — the lead has become a student

Booking a trial

Click Book trial from the contact modal or directly from the list for contacted leads. Select a session for each lead and click Done, then Book trial to confirm. Any previously booked trial is automatically cancelled when you book a new one.

Converting a lead

Once a trial is attended, open the follow-up modal and send the contact a pre-filled registration link. The form will be pre-filled with their details and any agreements already signed. When they complete registration, the lead is automatically marked as converted and linked to their new subscription.
