Where FightKit is different

Lower prices at most school sizes

Martialytics and FightKit both include every feature on every plan and price by the number of students. FightKit costs less at most sizes:

  • Up to 20 students: $29 a month on FightKit — $69 on Martialytics
  • 51 to 100 students: $79 a month — $99 on Martialytics
  • 101 to 200 students: $119 a month — $129 on Martialytics
  • 201 to 250 students: $119 a month — $199 on Martialytics

Between 21 and 50 students, Martialytics costs less: $69 a month against FightKit’s $79. Above 250 students, both cost $199 a month.

From enquiry to paying member in one place

FightKit is built around the whole journey from first enquiry to paying member, on every plan:

  • Enquiry and trial booking forms on your website, so people can book a trial class themselves
  • Two-way email conversations — every email with a lead shows up in one thread inside FightKit
  • Automated follow-ups when someone enquires, books a trial, or doesn’t turn up
  • Pre-filled registration links — their details are already in, so they just pick a membership and pay

Payments your way

Both FightKit and Martialytics take automated payments through Stripe. FightKit also lets you record cash and bank transfer payments, so members who don’t pay by card are tracked in the same place.

When Martialytics might suit you better

FightKit isn’t the right fit for every school. Martialytics may suit you better if:

  • You have between 21 and 50 students. At that size Martialytics costs $69 a month against FightKit’s $79.
  • You want a kiosk for check-in. Martialytics includes a kiosk mode where students check themselves in.

Switching from Martialytics

Moving to FightKit doesn’t mean starting again. Export your students from Martialytics and import them into FightKit in bulk from a CSV file. Then set up your memberships and timetable.

Martialytics also takes payments through Stripe, so ask Martialytics whether your subscriptions can stay on your own Stripe account. If they can, import your memberships and subscriptions straight from Stripe, and they keep billing as before — though subscriptions Martialytics created can only be changed or paused in Stripe itself. If not, send members a registration link with their details already filled in — they just confirm their membership and add a payment method.
