Pre-filled registration links

When following up with a lead, you can send a registration link that pre-fills the form with their name, email, phone, date of birth, and any agreements they’ve already signed — so they don’t have to type it all in again.

Sending a pre-filled link

1. Go to Leads and find the enquiry
2. Click Follow up to open the follow-up modal
3. Under Send registration link, select a link from the list — you can choose a custom registration link, a specific membership, or a group
4. Click Copy link to copy it to your clipboard, or Preview to open it in a new tab
5. Send the link to the contact via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel

What gets pre-filled

When the contact opens the link, the form is pre-filled with:

• Their name, email, and phone number
• Each student’s name and date of birth
• Emergency contact details
• Any agreements previously signed during their trial or an earlier registration attempt

They still need to fill in their address and confirm or update any details that have changed.

After registration

Once the contact completes registration, their lead is automatically marked as Converted and linked to the new student record. The View subscription button in the leads list will take you straight to their subscription.
