Finding students

The Students list shows everyone who isn’t archived. Views, filters and search narrow it down to the students you need.

Views

The tabs above the list are ready-made sets of filters for everyday jobs:

• Current — everyone who isn’t archived
• Kids & teens — students under 18
• Not seen lately — members who haven’t attended in 30 days or more
• Payment issues — memberships with an overdue payment
• Missing info — students without an emergency contact, phone number, email or signed agreement (if you have agreements set up)
• Archived — students you’ve archived

You can change a view’s filters to fit what you need. The tab is then marked Edited — click Reset to go back to the view as it was.

Filters

Status, Group, Venue and Age are always shown. Click one, tick the options you want, and the list updates straight away. Ticking more than one option shows students who match any of them — for example, Kids and Teens.

• Status — active membership, paused, past due, no membership or archived
• Age — kids (under 12), teens (12–17), adults (18+), or a custom range

Click + Filter for more:

• Last attended — in the last 7 days, or not in 14, 30 or 60+ days
• Joined — in the last 30 or 90 days, or over a year ago
• Missing info — emergency contact, phone number, email or signed agreement
• Gender
• Rank
• Membership

Using several filters shows students who match all of them — for example, teens at your main venue who haven’t trained in 30 days. Click Clear filters to start again.

Search

Type in Search students to find someone by name, email, rank, membership or venue. Search works within the view and filters you’ve picked.

Bookmark or share a list

Your view and filters are saved in the page address, so you can bookmark a list you check often, or send the link to another member of staff.
