Events
Setting up events
Create an event, add sessions, set up passes, and share your registration link.
Events are one-off or multi-day occurrences — seminars, courses, competitions, workshops. Go to Events and click Add event.
1. Create the event
Fill in the event details:
- Name — the name of the event, e.g. “Summer Seminar” or “Advanced Wrestling Course”
- Venue (optional) — where the event takes place. You can create a new venue inline
- Description (optional) — additional details
Then add at least one session under Sessions:
- Session name (optional) — e.g. “Day 1” or “Morning session”
- Date — the date of the session
- Start / End — start and end times
Click Add another session if the event has multiple sessions. Click Create event when done.
2. Create passes
Passes are what students purchase to attend the event. From the event page, open the dropdown and go to Passes, then click Add pass.
- Name (optional) — e.g. “Full course” or “Single day”. Leave blank if there’s only one pass type
- Currency — the currency to charge in
- Price — the amount to charge
Add as many pass types as needed.
3. Share the registration link
Once passes are created, the registration link appears on the event page. Share it with students — they can register and pay online. Registration supports multiple students in one go; each student is charged the pass price.
Registered students appear under Registrations in the event dropdown.
Taking attendance
Each session has its own attendance page. From the event page, click a session and go to the Attendance tab. Only students who’ve registered for the event are shown.
