Welcome to FightKit! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FightKit platform, which provides tools for managing martial arts schools. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use FightKit.

- Any unpaid fees may result in account suspension.

- Use FightKit for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality.
- Misuse or share user data in violation of privacy regulations.
6. Data Collection & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using FightKit, you agree to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
7. User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of any content you submit to FightKit.
- You grant FightKit a limited license to use, store, and display content for platform functionality.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
8. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FightKit if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
- Fail to make required payments
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- FightKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of FightKit.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for using our services in the last 6 months.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FightKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
