Fully remote

Work from anywhere (in the UK, for now — we’ll figure out how to make it work if you’re abroad)

6-hour days, 4-day weeks

That's 24 hours a week. Full-time. For real. You've got better things to do than sit in Slack all day.

Flexible hours

Early riser? Night owl? Midday napper? Doesn’t matter — just get your work done.

6 weeks off + bank holidays

24 days holiday plus all the standard bank holidays. It’s just a job. The breaks are what really matter.
