Custom registration links

Custom registration links give you full control over what students see when signing up — choose which memberships are available, add a joining fee, and require agreements.

Create a registration link

Go to Billing → Registration links and click Add registration link.

• Title — e.g. "Taekwondo for Adults". Shown as the heading on the registration page
• Description — optional text shown on the registration page
• Joining fee — check to charge a one-off fee (e.g. a registration or admin fee). Set a description, amount, and currency
• Available memberships — select one or more memberships students can choose from
• Available venues — which venues students can choose from during registration
• Required agreements — select any waivers or terms students must agree to before signing up

Click Create link when you're done.

Share the link

Copy the link from the Registration links page and share it via email, WhatsApp, or add it to your website. Students fill in their details, sign any agreements, and pay — all in one flow.
